Orilina Properties REIC (“Orilina”) was established in December 2018, to take advantage of the consolidation process in a fragmented but recovering Greek property market. The Company aims to create significant value over the medium term, by penetrating the Greek market and executing a largely core investment strategy with elements of value-add, via active asset management. It is in the process of building a large, institutional grade, income-producing portfolio based on strict investment criteria and with conservative use of leverage.

Orilina is a real estate investment vehicle combining (a) tax efficiency, (b) liquidity in an otherwise illiquid property market, (c) transparency, (d) significant institutional Equity as seed capital investment, and (e) high-caliber international and local management teams with proven profitability track record.

The Company is in the process of diligently creating an institutional grade, well-diversified portfolio in Greece. Within a short period of time since its inception, Orilina has acquired a selected number of “hand-picked” buildings, characterized by top construction quality and prominent tenants. All purchased assets are located in key areas of Athens and Thessaloniki, while some of them have value-add and upside potential, through expansion and active asset management.

Current total portfolio includes 15 properties, including land plots under development and total assets are at € 202.3 million.
