IDM Kalamata partnered with Magnolia Group, a well-established group of companies with over 30 years of experience and a diversified portfolio of independently developed projects across Europe. Magnolia Group’s activities span the sectors of renewable energy, water and environmental infrastructure,
agriculture, data centers, and real estate.
NIKA BAY Resort is a flagship hospitality and residential development spearheaded by IDM Kalamata. Situated on a 205,000 sqm beachfront site at the western gateway of Kalamata. The project is conceived as a premium destination combining a five-star resort hotel, branded residences, curated amenities, and integrated wellness facilities.
NIKA BAY project is currently in the concept design development phase and is undergoing the process of recognition by Enterprise Greece as a National Strategic Investment, underscoring its significance to Greece’s sustainable tourism agenda and regional economic growth.
