Developed by Mirum Group in collaboration with nature-inspired lifestyle 1 Hotels brand, Elounda Hills is a luxury 90 hectares resort on the Crete island. Designed by award-winning European architects in line with sustainable BREEAM and LEED practices, each of 334 homes will be powered by renewable energy sources and showcase biophilic design inspired by authentic Cretan architecture.
First residential phase is scheduled to open in 2028, the resort will incorporate a spectacular 142-key hotel, boutique Marina with a yacht club, SPA and numerous sporting and leisure amenities along the 2-km coastline.
